Building Components

In addition to the basic package of timber structure and shell, we will recommend a completion package that may include everything down to the handles on the interior doors and decorative light fixtures. Typically, we supply custom wood flooring, exterior doors and windows & 50-year roofing. We can also supply exterior siding, all the millwork, interior doors and fixtures, and all plumbing fixtures as part of a complete package. The local GC only needs to source the basic materials for interior walls and for the subfloor, and if you are acting as your own GC, we can supply this as well.

There are also major systems such as radiant-floor heating and soapstone or tile stoves which may be part of the package we provide, as well as conventional trusses and floor joists for any non-timber part of a hybrid design.
