Timber frames are used structurally to provide a strong, durable and time-tested way to support the exterior enclosure. When wrapped with SIPS (structural insulation panels) and on a foundation of ICF (insulated concrete forms), a timber frame home is one of the most energy-efficient building methods. We offer sustainably-harvested, standing dead or reclaimed timber (e.g. barns or old warehouses) to ensure low environmental impact.

Timber structures can be assembled and closed in rapidly to minimize the time that your home is under construction and open to the weather. Typically a frame goes up in a few days, and is a complete shell in under 2 weeks.
